The Animal Rescue League of Iowa (ARL) is the state’s largest nonprofit animal shelter, dedicated to promoting animal welfare, strengthening the human-animal bond, and preventing the abuse of animals across Iowa.
This year marks a remarkable milestone as the ARL celebrates 100 years of service to our community. For a century, the organization has cared for thousands of animals annually through adoption, medical care, rescue efforts, disaster response, and community outreach programs. From providing safe shelter and rehabilitation to offering affordable veterinary services and humane education, the ARL continues to build a more compassionate future for pets and the people who love them.
The Iowa Narcotics Officers Association (INOA) brings together law enforcement professionals across the state who are dedicated to the fight against drug abuse. From frontline officers to prosecutors and analysts, their members work every day to protect Iowa communities and reduce the impact of illegal drugs.
Through ongoing training, outreach, and support programs like their Survivors Fund, INOA is committed not just to enforcement, but to education, collaboration, and care for those who serve.
